Strictly necessary cookies
Set without requiring your consent. They include in particular: — session cookie (sign-in to MemberCore) — security functions (CSRF protection) — language preference (locale) — storage of your cookie choice (cookie mc_cookie_consent, retained for 180 days) Legal basis: contract performance / legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, and § 165(3)(2) TKG 2021 (strictly technically necessary).
Analytics (PostHog)
We use PostHog (provider: PostHog Inc., EU region eu.posthog.com) to understand how MemberCore is used and to improve the product. Pseudonymous usage events and page views are processed. PostHog is loaded and initialized only after your explicit consent; no usage data are transmitted before that. Legal basis: consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 165(3) TKG 2021. You may withdraw consent at any time via the cookie settings below; withdrawal has effect going forward.
Error monitoring (Sentry)
For service stability, MemberCore sends technical error reports to Sentry (EU region Frankfurt, ingest.de.sentry.io). Stack traces, browser/device information, and the affected URL are collected. Personal references are minimized before transmission; in particular, no content data and no complete IP addresses are forwarded. Legal basis: legitimate interests under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (operating a stable IT service). You may object at any time by emailing office@membercore.eu.
Optional / marketing
We currently set no additional optional or marketing cookies. If this changes, we will obtain your explicit consent before any such cookies are set.
